The Garden is a Mess

I hate to admit it, but the garden is a mess. It has rained so much in the past couple of weeks, that everything has went. Grass and weeds are popping up everywhere, plants are growing in places that I know we did not put there, and everything is looking a little pale. When we finally have time to go and try to clean things up a bit, it decides to rain again. Which is exactly what is going to happen this week - it's supposed to start raining tomorrow. What a bummer!
Two things that I know we will be able to salvage, are the okra, and the tomatoes. Well, at least we will be able to have fried okra and tomatoes. That is better than nothing at all. But I'm still hoping we will be able to save more. Somewhere out there we have planted watermelons, cantaulopes, squash, and more. We will start our vegetable treasure hunting after the rain.
